What's on offer?

We are supporting a client based in Hawkes Bay in the supply of additional Desktop support into their current engineering team. Working as a hands-on Desktop Engineer, this role will provide Desktop Support to various end clients and BAU. There are two vacancies available (both 2-month contracts) starting ASAP until the Christmas break.

Who's the Client?

A NZ-managed and owned Managed Security Services Provider whose purpose is to help customers keep NZ running by making IT simple and secure.

What you'll bring

• Experienced Desktop Support professionals with at least 3-4 years of previous experience at Level 1.5-2 technical Support.
• Confident supporting a range of desktop applications, operating systems, software and hardware.
• Specifically Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, Autopilot, SharePoint, and generalist support (switches, access points, firewall deployments, etc.).
• Experienced at troubleshooting and resolving technical problems either remotely or in person.
• Ability to hit the ground running from now until the Christmas shutdown period, working as part of a high-functioning team.
• Strong customer service in the provision of clear, user-friendly communication with technical and non-technical users.
