A company is looking for a Director of Deal Desk to drive the end-to-end deal lifecycle and optimize deal structures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of the Deal Desk, including process definition and contract management
Continuously refine and optimize Deal Desk processes to improve sales cycle time
Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to streamline deal processing and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
7+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Experience in a market intelligence, SaaS, or data-driven environment with knowledge of subscription-based pricing models
Strong knowledge of CRM systems, CPQ tools, and contract management software
Exceptional Excel and financial modeling abilities
