Adelphi is seeking Clinical Fellows in Speech-Language Pathology (CF-SLPs) to provide supervised speech and language services for students in a school district located in Lancaster, South Carolina. - Compensation : $35-$45 Qualifications :
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
- Eligibility for a South Carolina SLP license (provisional / temporary CF license if applicable).
- Successful completion of all academic coursework and clinical practicum required for ASHA CCC eligibility.
- Demonstrated interest in school-based or pediatric speech-language services. Responsibilities :
- Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of an ASHA-certified SLP.
- Assist with evaluations and IEP development in collaboration with supervising SLP.
- Deliver direct therapy to students in alignment with IEP goals.
- Complete encounter logs and documentation within 24 hours of service.
- Attend staff, IEP, 504, and multidisciplinary team meetings as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of student records in compliance with FERPA.
- Support continuity of care by delivering consistent services or transitioning smoothly if reassigned.
