BIG NEED!! Nationally  established commercial general contractor is looking for their next  Lead Superintendent  within federal / government large-scale construction and renovations. Fantastic company to work with that has a great culture and excellent growth opportunities in the local  Rapid City area . Projects focus on government, federal type projects so will need former experience working on federal work before. Plenty of projects lined up so job stability.

Qualifications :

Demonstrated success in managing large scale commercial construction projects, with a focus on Government, Military and Municipal ventures

7+ years experience in commercial construction as acting Superintendent or Senior Superintendent

Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to motivate teams and large scale federal experience is a plus

Responsible for proactively managing quality control standards and ensuring safety of project and adherence to safety protocols

Monitor cost control and job costing, quantity reporting, forecasting and productivity

Ground up / complex project experience a plus for full life cycle

Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs, specifically with Project Management / Financial Tools and Sage 300 Integration

Knowledge of construction stages and federal project procedures, prior experience a plus

Government, Municipal, Military, and industrial construction experience is all preferred!
