In this high-impact role, you'll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders—from judges and court administrators to law enforcement and community leaders—to design and implement strategic improvements that elevate the integrity, safety, and efficiency of court operations. Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, monitors and evaluates court security components, including completion of complex or highly technical major projects and objectives.
• Conducting threat assessments when requested by local courts / judges
• Collaborating with local law enforcement agencies on mitigating threats to facilities and individuals
• Manages inter-jurisdictional, comprehensive programs and / or complex / highly technical major projects. Designs and analyzes alternative management techniques and estimates the statewide impact of implementing proposed change(s). Completes research, assessments, and provides recommendations to the AOC Executive Team and local courts.
• Provides information, assessment, consultation, support and recommendations to AOC, courts, associations and boards and commissions to achieve consistent, efficient, and effective security programs and operations.
• Analyzes and evaluates proposed legislation and its probable impact upon court security goals; prepares briefs on proposed legislation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
