Pay :  From $15.00 per hour

Job description :

Our firm is seeking a full-time receptionist at our firm located in downtown Dalton, GA. Our firm primarily practices immigration, criminal, and personal injury. We are passionate about providing quality legal representation to our clients. We are a rapidly growing firm looking for a determined and optimistic member to join our team. This position requires multitasking and juggling different tasks throughout the day. The ideal candidate will have the heart and drive to provide the best services to the immigrant population. Responsibilities :

  • Open / Close the office
  • Greet Clients when they walk through the door
  • Answer a high volume number of phonecalls
  • Direct Client calls to the correct appropriate team members
  • Collect Payments from clients
  • Set up client consultations on the attorney's calender
  • Follow up with possible clients
  • Create possible leads
  • Empty trash / maintain office spaces
  • Perform other office tasks

Requirements :

  • MUST be fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Must have excellent costumer service
  • Must have a positive attitude

    • Experience :

  • Office Experience : 1 year (Preffered)
