Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes are prioritized for every patient.\n\nSchedule : Per-Diem, shifts are 6am-6pm\n\nCompensation : Pay ranges from $32.00-$46.99 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience\n\nResponsibilities\n\nWhat You Can Expect : \n

• Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met\n
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures\n
• Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching\n
• Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families\n
• Administer and chart all prescribed medications\n
• Follow CDC / CMS infection control regulations\n
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews\n
• Document required patient education efforts\n
• Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals\n
• Assist in medication inventory maintenance\n
• Lead a small patient care team\n
• Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed\n
• Additional tasks as requested\n\nQualifications\n\nSuccessful Candidates Bring : \n

• Ability to problem solve\n\nEducation / Training\n
• Accredited nursing degree required\n
• Dialysis experience not required, job shadow opportunities available\n
• DCI provides 3-months of comprehensive training, including classroom group sessions and one-on-one skills training\n
