Disclaimer :

This position is for an experienced machinist. Candidates must be able to read and interpret blueprints, program / edit CNC controls, perform setups, and hold tolerances. This is not a machine operator position.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machinist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments. The ideal candidate will have experience in reading technical drawings, working with close tolerances, and ensuring parts meet exact specifications.

Job Duties :

• Set up, program and operate manual and CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills, grinders).
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Measure and inspect finished products using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety protocols and company standards.
• Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed to maintain production quality.
• Collaborate to improve manufacturing processes and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
• Produce finished parts monitoring and correcting for any flaws and defects.
