Provide outpatient cancer care and occasional inpatient consults at a community hospital
Average 14-16 patients per day
Diagnose and manage a wide range of oncology / hematology cases
Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
Participate in shared on-call duties (negotiable schedule, including occasional weekend rotation)
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (radiologists, surgeons, nurses, support staff)
Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis
Stay current with oncology best practices and advancements
Contribute to a culture of quality, compassion, and teamwork Candidate Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology - Required
Flexible and open to part-time work, long-distance commute, or dual employment
Willing to participate in a shared call schedule Compensation & Benefits
