Daily Responsibilities : Engage in menu planning and development to ensure a diverse and captivating array of dishes, including fresh fish, seafood, steaks, and even wild game! Implement portion control measures to uphold consistency and excellence Demonstrate exceptional knife skills in food preparation Maintain elevated standards of food quality and presentation Utilize various cooking techniques such as grilling, frying, baking, and more to create delectable dishes Required Skills : Prior experience in back-of-house operations Proficiency in fryer and food handling procedures Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding service quality Demonstrate strong culinary skills. Nice to Have Skills : Experience in catering and food and beverage management Knowledge of merchandising and stocking procedures Prior experience in ordering and inventory management Serv Safe Certification.
