Examples of Duties Performed :
Assist in the planning, organizing, directing and coordination of the Food Services Department.Assists the Food Services Manager in providing food services that comply with current regulations (HS snacks, portion control, etc).Assists in interviewing (at admission and periodic as needed) patient / family to obtain diet history / assessment, likes and dislikes etc.Demonstrates knowledge of diet orders, understanding of NPO diet orders and ability to handle diet orders.Demonstrates proper procedures for cleaning kitchen equipment such as carts, tables, counters, ice machine, buckets, blender, mixer, meat slicer, freezer, refrigerator, stove, oven, steamer, garbage disposal, dish machine coffee / tea maker and steam table.Inventory and stock pantries and coders.Requirements :
To be considered for this opportunity applicants must :
