A company is looking for a Vice President, Program Integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the overall Program Integrity Program, including payment recoveries and avoidance of inappropriate payments
Develop and execute Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) strategies in alignment with assurance functions
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and mitigate risks effectively
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related discipline
Master's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration is preferred
Minimum of ten years of experience in program integrity, compliance, or related fields
Five years of senior leadership experience in a managed care organization or related industry
Certifications such as Certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) are preferred
