Our client, an UHNW Family is looking for a Maintenance Technician / Handyman for their multiple properties in Fort Lauderdale.

Responsibilities :

• Adhere to Covid protocols.
• Washing cars.
• Mowing lawns.
• Minor repairs for maintenance and landscaping.
• Weeding / Mulching.
• General yard clean up.
• Basic preventative maintenance such as changing HV filters.
• Basic plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Patching and painting.
• Running errands.
• Seasonal maintenance and landscaping projects as assigned.
• Tasks as assigned by Estate Manager.
