You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, exceeding expectations in every interaction, as well as handling cash transactions with accuracy. Additional responsibilities include assisting with guest inquiries, verifying tickets for entry, and providing service recovery when needed.

The starting rate : $15.75 per hour

The day-to-day :

• Sell, upsell, and cross-sell tickets for shows, events, exhibits, and attractions across all properties
• Process orders and will-call while providing prompt, courteous service
• Accurately handle and balance a cash drawer, processing ticket sales with various payment types
• Answer guest questions and provide detailed information about property facilities, services, and event details
• Verify tickets before entry into events and exhibits
• Answer multi-line telephones using proper etiquette
