Key responsibilities
- Administrative support : answer and route calls, greet and assist visitors, manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Office operations : maintain orderly physical and digital filing systems, track and replenish supplies, coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
- Scheduling and logistics : manage office calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, coordinate travel as needed
- Documents and data : create and update documents, presentations, and reports; perform accurate data entry
- Project support : assist North Carolina projects with clerical / administrative tasks and serve as a point of contact for vendors and service providers
Required qualifications
Experience : 2 or more years in an administrative, clerical, or office management role preferredComputer skills : strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; comfortable learning new software and systemsCommunication : clear, professional verbal and written communication; friendly, service-oriented approachOrganization and time management : proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environmentDiscretion : handle confidential information with professionalismProblem solving : resourceful, proactive, and able to anticipate needsNice to have
