CAMPUS OPERATIONS SENIOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
REPORTS TO : CAMPUS OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

The Senior Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring the functionality, safety, and sustainability of all campus facilities. This pivotal role ensures proper stewardship of ministry assets enabling our staff and congregants to effectively reach those far from God to learn and live the way of Jesus together.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
5–8 years of combined experience in facility maintenance and construction project experience.Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural).Proven leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Skilled in balancing operational realities with stakeholder perspectives.Proficient in Google Workspace and project documentation tools.High School Diploma or equivalent required. Technical or vocational training preferred.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and manage both in-house repairs and vendor services to ensure timely, effective maintenance.Diagnose and repair issues with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems.Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests and safety hazards.Oversee routine inspections, landscaping, painting, and general upkeep.Ensure compliance with ADA and local building codes.Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.Evaluate when to complete work internally versus outsourcing to vendors, considering cost, schedule, team bandwidth, risk, and stakeholder perception.Prepare RFPs and review bids.Develop and manage scopes of work, schedules, budgets, and permit requirements.Complete project close-outs, including inspections and documentation.Perform other duties as assigned.PRIMARY LEADERSHIP COMPONENTS
