job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSupervise and coach Case Managers; provide training and staff development Manage multidisciplinary teams and oversee day-to-day case management Conduct crisis intervention and ensure client assessments and Individualized Living Plans (ILPs) are completed Audit case records and ensure compliance with policies and funder requirements Facilitate client workshops, activities, and house meetings Serve as Acting Program Director when required M.S.W. or related degree with 3-5 years of residential counseling experience Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience Experience with at-risk populations, including those with medical, mental health, or substance use challenges Familiarity with EBP, MI, and TIC Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills Bilingual English / Spanish or CASAC / CASAC-T certification a plus
