UNM Medical Group, Inc. is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Street Medicine team. This opportunity is a full-time day shift opening located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Required : Possession of a valid unrestricted NM driver's license.

Sign-On Bonus - $5,000

Minimum $70,849 - Midpoint $90,302

• Salary is determined based on years of total relevant experience.
• Salary is based on 1.0 FTE (full time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Less than 40 hours / week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE.

Summary

Under the general supervision of the clinic Practice Manager and the clinic Medical Director, provide direct care to patients by collecting patient data and / or medical histories, registers patients, and provides administrative services such as coordinating and scheduling appointments and verifying medical coverage. Establish and provide safe direct patient care, utilizing established nursing processes in an ambulatory setting; ensures adherence to all standards, infection prevention and organizational policies, procedures and guidelines. Establishes goals and priorities in accordance with male, female and adolescent patient and staff needs and organizational objectives.

Minimum Job Requirements of a Registered Nurse (RN) :

Associate degree in nursing with 1 year of nursing experience. Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License. Completed degree from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Verification of education and licensure (if applicable) will be required if selected for hire.
