What you’ll be doing in the role :

• Establish and cultivate robust relationships with clients, acting as the central point of contact for all account-related matters
• Have a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses, products / services, and objectives
• Lead and manage team status meetings ensuring alignment among internal stakeholders on priorities and goals of the meeting / projects
• Develop campaign and project briefs. Prepare presentation decks
• Create and oversee campaign budgets, continuously monitoring expenditure throughout the campaign duration
• Coordinate with traffic, creative, production, and media teams to ensure projects are delivered on strategy and on time
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and keep your internal team informed
• Facilitate integration with other marketing disciplines within the agency
