Key Responsibilities
Build strong cross-departmental relationships and serve as a trusted adviser to global teams
Contribute to the Global support vision and collaborate on long-term technical strategy for Customer Support and Services
Create knowledgebase entries to enhance customer self-service and assist internal team members
Required Qualifications
Previous experience leading and developing technical support teams
7+ years of experience in designing and supporting multilayer IP networks and network security
Undergraduate degree in Engineering, preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
