Job Title : AR Specialist

Length of Contract : Approx. 3 months

Job Location : 100% REMOTE, preferably in Nashville or residing in CST, but open to any residents in the US

Work Schedule : 40 hours / week, M-F

Pay Rate : $30 / hr.-$40 / hr.

Must have :

• 1 yrs of experience doing AR / AP / Payroll with payment / invoice experience
• Excel experience
• Experience with ERP systems (Quickbooks or Netsuite preferred)

We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional to help reconcile and clear approximately $6M in outstanding collections. This is a hands-on, highly manual project — ideal for someone who’s comfortable working line by line, invoice by invoice, to ensure every dollar is accurately accounted for.
