Position Summary : We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Assistant to join our team in Hockley, TX. This individual will support the sales team with administrative and customer service tasks, helping to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions :

• Process and monitor imports shipments and orders.
• Prepare documentation, request for rates, quoting, send arrival notices, work orders, bill of lading, picking list and invoicing customers.
• Track and trace orders and shipments.
• Provide excellent customer services.
• Process orders received by email.
• Coordinating warehouses, truckers and customers for delivery.
• Retrieve data from database and spreadsheets for past and current orders.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets for large product orders that contains customer information, product items, quantities, and pricing (without mistakes).
• Bring unresolved issues to the attention of the supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
