Responsibilities Marketing Operations & Administration Source and manage branded merchandise (“swag”) in line with corporate sustainability and budget guidelines
Coordinate logistics for internal / external distribution of marketing materials and gifts
Support regional events, client appreciation initiatives, and corporate campaigns
Maintain an organized inventory of marketing assets and promotional materials
Digital Marketing & Website Content Partner with global digital teams to enhance online visibility
Create and implement SEO / SEA-optimized content for the website and landing pages
Perform routine website updates for accuracy, localization, and user experience
Graphic Design & Visual Content Design marketing collateral (flyers, one-pagers, presentations, social media graphics, etc.)
Edit and produce short-form videos for campaigns, communications, and events
Photography and visual storytelling skills are a plus
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva required
Draft blog posts, social media content, and visuals tailored to regional audiences
Work with subject matter experts to develop relevant and impactful messaging
Brand Governance & Consistency Ensure all marketing efforts reflect Brunel’s brand identity and tone
Adapt global brand assets for local use while maintaining consistency
Serve as a brand ambassador by reviewing and refining content for professionalism and clarity
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role
Experience in recruitment or energy sectors is a strong asset
Strong multitasking and project management skills
Proficient in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), SEO / SEA tools, and social media scheduling platforms
Excellent communication, copywriting, and proofreading abilities
Creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
Required Skills Communication : Clearly conveys ideas and actively listens to others; adapts tone and style to suit different audiences.
Adaptability : Comfortable with change; adjusts approach and stays flexible in dynamic environments.
Creativity : Thinks outside the box to develop unique and effective marketing solutions.
