Job Title : Industrial Maintenance Helper

Location : Murfreesboro, TN

Employment Type : Full Time Contract

Position Overview :

Manpower is currently seeking a motivated and dependable Industrial Maintenance Helper to support our client’s maintenance team in ensuring the smooth operation of their facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is flexible on working hours and looking to gain hands-on experience in industrial maintenance and grow within a dynamic work environment. Starting pay rate is $29-$30 / hr.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist maintenance technicians with routine repairs and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Perform basic mechanical tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment
• Help with inventory management of tools and maintenance supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
• Support other departments as needed with general labor tasks

Qualifications :

Previous experience in an industrial or maintenance setting preferred

Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in various environmental conditions

Preferred Skills :

Familiarity with hand and power tools

Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems
