  • Specialty : Urology
  • Subspecialty Interest : General Urology with flexibility to focus on specific areas.
  • Schedule : 1.0 FTE
  • Call Schedule : Monday - Thursday for own patients; Weekend call (minimum of 1 : 4, potentially 1 : 6).
  • Practice Location : Main location at Prospect Medical Commons with potential for satellite locations.
  • EMR System : EPIC

    • Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and treat patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills.
  • Participate in efforts to improve cost-effectiveness and quality of care.
  • Accept patient referrals and act as admitting, attending, and / or consulting physician.
  • Engage in academic programs (medical education, research) as requested.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation for insurance requirements and appeals.
  • Participate in inpatient and outpatient consultations, including on-call schedules.

    • Qualifications :

  • Licensure / Certification / Registration : Physician MD / DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board required prior to hire date. Advanced Life Support (AHA) preferred.

    • Education : Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
