PRN / Fill-In Express Care Advanced Practice Provider

Overview

SSM Health Monroe Clinic Medical Group in Monroe is actively recruiting a PRN / Fill-In Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Fast Care Clinic in Monroe, Wisconsin. This position will have autonomy and will be on an as-needed basis providing coverage at our Fast Care Clinic in Monroe, Wisconsin and our Freeport, Illinois facility. The candidate should be comfortable diagnosing and treating children and adults with minor to complex medical problems and experienced in laceration repair and acute fracture care (splinting).

Responsibilities

• Provide PRN / Fill-In coverage at the Fast Care Clinic in Monroe, WI and Freeport, IL
• Diagnose and treat children and adults with minor to complex medical problems
• Perform laceration repairs and acute fracture care (splinting)
• Operate within a collaborative team and supportive work environment
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation
• Participate in onboarding process and maintain applicable licenses and certifications

The posted pay range is what SSM Health reasonably expects to offer based on the circumstances at the time of posting. This position may also be eligible for incentive pay.
