Clearance : Active Secret Clearance Required

Overview : We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide leadership and oversight for complex IT projects supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and Navy environments. The Program Manager will ensure the successful delivery of IT services and solutions across unclassified and classified networks, managing the full project lifecycle while ensuring compliance with DoD standards, frameworks, and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive project management support, including :
  • Risk, issue, and opportunity management
  • Performance requirement identification
  • Cost estimation and project planning
  • Milestone development and achievement across the full lifecycle (concept, design, development, deployment, and sustainment)
  • Manage all aspects of project execution : schedules, performance, risks, warranties, subcontractor oversight, deliverables, and project documentation.
  • Apply industry-recognized best practices and frameworks (ITIL, DESMF, PMI PMBOK, Agile, and DevSecOps) to ensure disciplined program execution and end-to-end IT service delivery.
  • Support IT systems and users operating on both unclassified and classified networks.
  • Lead program staff to deliver IT support and operations across multiple technical domains, including :
  • IT Service Management Support
  • Contractor Workforce Management
  • IT Infrastructure Operations and Administration Support
  • Enterprise Architecture Support
  • Infrastructure Cybersecurity and Traditional Security Support

Required Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline.
  • Certification : IAM II level certification required (CAP, CASP CE, CISM, CISSP, or CSSLP).
  • Experience : Minimum 10 years of professional management experience, with at least 5 years supporting DoD or Navy IT systems.
  • Experience providing administrative oversight of DoD contracts, corporate management, and liaison duties between Government representatives and Contracting Officer Representatives (COR).
  • Demonstrated ability to provide overall technical, schedule, and cost direction for complex IT programs.
  • Clearance :

  • Active Secret clearance required.
  • Physical and Mental Qualifications :

  • Maintain focus and awareness throughout scheduled working hours.
  • Perform tasks requiring prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk, utilizing a computer, mouse, and keyboard.
  • Lift and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds as needed.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • Quickly learn and retain routine tasks and processes.
  • Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, business correspondence proficiency, and self-management capabilities.
