Your role is crucial in delivering both routine and complex nursing care, while also helping to shape long-term patient care plans. You will continuously improve your ability to handle various clinical situations and effectively delegate tasks to other care team members.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

• Apply the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice by utilizing the nursing process – assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, and evaluating for your assigned patients.\n
• Understand and address the complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.\n
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocols; monitor patient responses for side effects and treatment effectiveness.\n
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided.\n
• Assess the educational needs of patients and families while offering guidance and resources.\n\nJob Requirements : \n\nEducation / Skills : \n
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred).\n\nExperience : \n
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty (preferred).\n\nLicenses, Registrations, or Certifications : \n
• BLS certification required.\n
• Active RN License in the state of employment or compact.\n\nWork Schedule : \n\n6 : 30 AM - 3 PM\n\nWork Type : \n\nFull Time
