We are currently seeking a dedicated Infusion Pharmacist to join a well-established specialty pharmacy team in Raleigh, North Carolina . This is a rewarding role for pharmacists who are passionate about infusion therapy and delivering high-quality, patient-focused care in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and verify infusion prescriptions with clinical accuracy

Oversee medication preparation, storage, and delivery in pliance with USP

and

Provide clinical support and education to patients and healthcare providers

Ensure adherence to specialty pharmacy regulations and standards

Work closely with prescribers, nursing staff, and care coordinators

Navigate insurance prior authorizations and patient assistance programs

Requirements :

Active North Carolina Pharmacist License (NC RPh)

Proven experience in infusion pharmacy or specialty pharmacy settings

Strong understanding of infusion protocols and medication management

Proficiency with pharmacy software and electronic medical records (EMRs)

Excellent clinical, organizational, and munication skills

Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Qualifications :

Certification in infusion or specialty pharmacy (e.g., BCOP , BCACP , or equivalent)

Experience with insurance verification , prior authorizations , and patient support programs

Deep knowledge of USP

and

sterile pounding standards
