Key Responsibilities

Define the end-to-end technical architecture for an LLM-powered chat experience

Assess existing chatbot systems and define a modernization path

Collaborate with product, design, and AI engineering teams to align architecture with user experience goals

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in software or solutions architecture, particularly in AI or data-driven platforms

Strong knowledge of LLM systems, RAG architectures, and agentic AI workflows

Proficiency with AI frameworks such as LangChain or similar

Hands-on experience with microservices or serverless architectures on cloud platforms

Experience in designing secure, scalable, and highly available distributed systems
