Library Services Trainer and Missouri Libraries 2 Go Coordinator – Continuing Education Services

Amigos Library Services seeks to fill the position of Library Services Trainer and Missouri Libraries 2 Go (MOLIB2GO) Coordinator within its Continuing Education Services (CES) team. This position has the option to work from Amigos’ Addison / Dallas office, Ballwin / St. Louis office, or remotely. Position Overview

The Library Services Trainer and Missouri Libraries 2 Go (MOLIB2GO) Coordinator designs and delivers training on library-related topics, recruits and supports adjunct instructors, and monitors trends to enhance professional development services. This role coordinates the MOLIB2GO OverDrive Consortium, serving as the primary contact for libraries and OverDrive, while managing documentation, support, and engagement efforts. In collaboration with the Manager of Continuing Education Services, the Library Services Trainer contributes to strategic planning, scheduling, and resource organization to support Amigos’ continuing education initiatives.

This position reports to the Manager of Continuing Education Services.

  • 2-3 years’ experience in training or development of continuing education content.
  • Education

    Master’s degree in library science from an ALA-accredited program or a master’s degree with experience working in libraries or with library professionals, preferred.

    Salary and Benefits

    The anticipated hiring salary is from $57,500. Amigos offers a competitive benefits package including medical and dental coverage; optional vision and supplementary insurances; 401(k) retirement plan; vacation, personal, and sick days.
