The Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the client intake and sales department for Mayersohn Law. The primary functions of the department are to conduct initial consultations with prospective new clients with the purpose of converting them to clients, and then successfully onboarding them.
The Sales Manager’s duties include training sales staff, relaying information from upper management to department staff about sales quotas, and generating leads to be divided among Sales Representatives. You'll be tasked with supervising and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales.
