Job Description

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Sunbelt is currently seeking a Hospice Home Health Registered Nurse for a contract position with a local client near Marietta, OH. Responsibilities :

Conduct admissions, discharges, resumption of care, and transfers using OASIS
Manage a caseload of 30 units per week within a 40-hour workweek
Coordinate care with other disciplines, Physicians, caregivers, and insurance companies

Experience :

Minimum one year of Home Health and Hospice experience within the last year required

Proficient knowledge and field experience of OASIS required

Start of Care / Admissions experience required

Experience in case management, handling at least 5-7 patients per day and 25-30 per week

Education :

Associate's Degree of Nursing or Bachelors Degree of Nursing

ActiveRegistered Nurse License or compact license

American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification

Work Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, 40 hours per week, with some on-call and weekend requirements
