Client Services & Marketing Coordinator (CSMC)

Full-Time | Mishawaka, IN | Starting at $16 / hr $1 raise after 90 days (growth potential up to $26 / hr)

Destinys Caring Hands LLC is growing and looking for a motivated, people-focused professional to join our leadership support team. If you love connecting with others, organizing details, and representing a company that truly makes a difference, this role is for you.

What Youll Do

  • Be the first friendly face and voice for new and existing clients answering questions, coordinating services, and making sure they feel supported.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, senior living communities, and healthcare providers to grow our network.
  • Plan and represent DCH at community events, health fairs, and marketing opportunities.
  • Review service documentation and client files for accuracy and compliance (training provided).
  • Assist with intake and onboarding for new clients, including preparing care binders and transportation packets.
  • Help shape and share our brand through social media, flyers, and outreach campaigns.

What Were Looking For

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience in customer service, marketing, healthcare, or home care is a plus (but not required we will train the right person).
  • Comfortable using technology (email, scheduling systems, social media platforms).
  • A positive, professional attitude and a heart for helping others.
