Overview
Manager Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) role at HCA Healthcare. The CMMS Manager oversees the asset / maintenance database, supports the development and maintenance of preventative maintenance templates, and leads the CMMS team to improve asset management and maintenance processes across hospitals, surgery centers, laboratories, and other lines of business within the Engineering Central CMMS program.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor the enterprise-wide CMMS program (Engineering Central).
- Contribute to strategic plans to improve the CMMS program.
- Support Facilities Group Applications team in developing and implementing new CMMS features.
- Provide user support and issue resolution for applicable problems and solutions.
- Manage and audit data integrity of the CMMS database to support asset management functions.
- Routinely update PM Template tasks and Code References as applicable.
- Ensure enterprise compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, Federal EPA, OSHA, state agencies, and other AHJ standards related to facility management and preventative maintenance.
- Oversee and support the development of the CMMS Specialist team.
- Develop corporate MEP asset audit procedures for the team.
- Support hospital facility management team with training, best practices, and feature demonstrations.
- Manage Tier 1 IT ticket system support and address non-technical user needs.
- Assess user data and advise on support gaps, education needs, and system improvements.
Qualifications
Associates Degree - RequiredBachelor's degree - Preferred3+ years of experience utilizing and / or managing a CMMS system – Required1+ years of management experience - PreferredAdditional
