Service Advisor

The Service Advisor will assist the Store Manager oversee all the daily operations of the store. They will help manage the store's employees time by scheduling and assigning duties and responsibilities.

They will oversee the operational and organizational standards of the store as well as implement the marketing, advertising and financial strategy dictated by the Store Manager.

The Store Manager will regularly review the weekly and quarterly financial data, with the service advisor, of the store to ensure the store is meeting the financial goals.

Responsibilities :

• Consult customers with their Auto repair needs
• Scheduling of appointment for customers
• Checking in / out customers repair orders
• Meet Sales Goals
• Cash Management / Offer payment plans
• Time management
• The ability to explain repairs to customers
• Assign duties and responsibilities to the store's staff
• Retail supervision, and policy implementation
• Inventory management
• Provide excellent Customer Service
