Job Description Licensure / Certification Qualifications : Internal Medicine Duluth, MN PRACTICE SPECIFICS Join Our Premier Downtown Campus : This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a leading facility that integrates Internal Medicine and Family Medicine. Collaborative Team : Work alongside a dedicated team of 11 providers, including 8 physicians (2 Family Medicine, 6 Internal Medicine) and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). Clinic–Only Practice : Focus on outpatient care with the option to take on hospitalist shifts throughout the year if desired. Flexible Hours : Enjoy a schedule that accommodates the needs of parents with school–aged children. Supportive Environment : Benefit from a friendly, team–oriented atmosphere with physicians and credentialed practitioners. Comprehensive Support : Access a 24–hour Nurse Care line and RN nurse triage office support within the clinic. State–of–the–Art Technology : Utilize EPIC electronic medical records for efficient patient management. Shared Call : Participate in a manageable call schedule of 1 : 7, with an average of 1–3 phone calls per night. Patient Volume : Expect to see an average of 14–15 patients per day. REQUIREMENTS Board Certified / Board Eligible : Candidates must be BC / BE in Internal Medicine LOCATION Duluth, MN : Located 150 miles North of Minneapolis / St. Paul. Service Area : Includes Duluth, Superior, and Hermantown, with a combined population of 130,000. COMPENSATION $323,000.
