Key Responsibilities
Drive growth of existing and new accounts through various custom solution practice areas
Manage sales pipeline and establish account plans to meet sales targets
Coach and mentor sales staff while developing strategies for team performance and motivation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or relevant education
12+ years of experience in enterprise solution selling, with 5+ years in a sales leadership role
Strong knowledge of North America market and ICT industry trends
Experience in IT&T companies or research firms like Gartner or Forrester
Preference for candidates based on the east coast
