Business Account Manager

We're looking for a customer-focused Account Manager to support one of our clients' Business Sales teams, focusing on expanding and retaining their existing customer base. This isn't about cold calls and quick wins - it's about strategic conversations, cross-selling, upselling, and becoming a trusted advisor to your clients.

Essential Job Functions :
Manage a portfolio of existing business customers, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Conduct regular account reviews to identify new needs and position client solutions.
Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities aligned with customer goals and business outcomes.
Build strong relationships and become the go-to resource for your clients.
Use Salesforce and other tools to track engagement, forecast growth, and prioritize opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support.
Meet or exceed targets tied to account expansion and customer retention.
Share customer insights to help shape product strategy and service enhancements.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications and Requirements :
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
2 3 years of B2B account management or sales experience, ideally in telecom or technology.
Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
Valid driver's license; travel may be required based on territory.
Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
