Scion is paving a path in student living and we're seeking a talented Asset Management Associate to join us in executing our vision. This position is responsible for optimizing operational performance, creating value at the individual asset and portfolio level, and mitigating portfolio risk. With oversight over a large portfolio of owned assets, this position will incorporate a value-oriented approach to improve the long-term financial performance of the portfolio.

The Asset Management Associate will work in a fast-paced, agile, corporate environment. This role demands principled industry knowledge, well-honed analytical skills, a proactive nature, and excellent communication.

This position is based out of our home office in downtown Chicago, IL and is fully on-site.

The base salary range for this full-time position is base + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
