Mission
Drive growth across the Western U.S. by leading direct sales initiatives that connect essential safety apparel with industrial clients. This role ensures our products reach front-line workers who depend on performance, protection, and trust. You are the face of our brand in the field—turning customer needs into partnerships and sales impact.
Performance Objectives
Achieve sales targets across your assigned territory by converting leads into new accounts and expanding business within existing accounts.
Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers in utility, electrical, manufacturing, and contractor sectors.
Deliver product education and demos to clients to ensure understanding of company's value proposition and competitive differentiation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Customer Service, Marketing, Product Development) to close complex sales and ensure seamless service.
Drive territory planning by maintaining updated CRM data and executing a systematic sales cadence (outreach, meetings, follow-ups).
Represent company at trade shows and industry events , demonstrating technical product knowledge and market insight.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of B2B field sales experience , preferably with industrial, manufacturing, or safety-related products.
Must have served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard.
Must reside in California
Strong territory planning and CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar).
Ability to travel regularly across the Western U.S. to include CA and NV (50–75% travel).
Proven success in consultative sales with multiple stakeholders involved in purchasing decisions.

Requirements
