Work closely with the culinary team to develop and refine menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer feedback. 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, with exposure to both FOH and BOH operations. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Passion for scratch kitchen concepts and a commitment to delivering high-quality food and service. Knowledge of food safety regulations, kitchen equipment, and culinary techniques. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in restaurant management software and basic financial reporting. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Restaurant Manager / Kitchen Manager. Key Responsibilities :
Front-of-House (FOH) Responsibilities :
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor and manage staff schedules, ensuring proper coverage during peak hours.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in the dining area.
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to drive customer engagement and sales.
