Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet client expectations.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage procurement of materials and services to align with project timelines and budgets.
Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have :
A proven track record in construction project management within the Division 8 industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
