We are looking for a candidate to provide janitorial and custodial services for commercial buildings, municipal buildings, specialty facilities, and government installations. The company works with customers ranging from Fortune 100 companies to the US, state, and local governments and currently services more than 15 million square feet of space.

Position Summary :

The Dispatcher works in the information hub of our Enterprise, providing visibility of operational status through transferring concise information and performing quality surveillance to facilitate the timely completion of contractual requirements and the resolution of issues, allowing our field personnel to focus on day-to-day operations.

Duties And Responsibilities :

• Answer phones, document all calls and escalate as specific in documented processes and procedures
• Distribute information to and from the field as requested (monthy trainings)
• Translations : Written and verbal -Rase the flag and work order creation
• Written document and verbal phone translation
• Monitor External work order sites
• Conduct verifications of employment
• Create quotes for services for existing customers
• Escalate and assist with incidents per the enterprise's processes and procedures

Schedule : Monday to Friday 12PM - 9PM
