Experience & Requirements
- 8+ years of HR Business Partner experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a Master's degree
- Experience supporting 1000+ employees across multi-site retail locations
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and federal employment regulations
- Proven ability to manage multi-unit operations and partner with store leaders across regions
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Must be local to West Covina, CA and available to travel regularly
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)HR Certifications : PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCExperience in union or labor relations environmentsPrior experience in retail or similar high-volume industryKey Responsibilities
