As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading technology, media, and telecom location, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. This position requires driving as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as neededRespond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment for all personnel and visitorsConduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both indoor and outdoor areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concernsObserve and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnelDocument all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client site requirementsRemain alert and attentive throughout the shift in a technology-driven environment, adapting to site-specific protocols and procedures as requiredInteract professionally with employees, contractors, and visitors, providing assistance as needed while maintaining a visible presenceSupport access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials when requiredWhat We're Looking For :
