As a Project Manager, you'll be working within our professional services customer-facing project management team to manage enterprise-wide contact center solutions for customers from many verticals. The professional services team is responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions, including design, implementation, and support.
Your role will involve managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and support, to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.
