Senior Data Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to build and enhance its data platform and support key data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Build a scalable and reliable data platform using technologies like Kinesis, Kafka, and Spark

Maintain existing data platforms and define migration paths to newer technology stacks

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven product experiences

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field

6+ years of industry experience in software development and large-scale data infrastructure

Hands-on knowledge of modern cloud-based data technologies such as Spark, Airflow, and Kinesis

Development experience in at least one object-oriented language like Java or Python

Proven track record of building large-scale production data infrastructure
