Job Title : N30 / NAVSPACE Senior Management Analyst 2

The N30 / NAVSPACE Senior Management Analyst 2 provides expert management analysis and operational support to Navy and Joint Space operations. This role requires extensive experience in business process reengineering, configuration management, and strategic planning, with a focus on analyzing space-related operational readiness, mission impact, and planning. The analyst will support high-level forums and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop actionable courses of action and ensure mission success.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and executing recommended Navy plans, instructions, intelligence assessments, battlespace awareness assessments, requirements, and exercise documentation related to Navy and Joint Space operations
  • Provide analysis on :

Space Order of Battle

  • Operational readiness
  • Mission impact to Navy missions based on space operations
  • Analyze the impact on Navy missions based on real-time and possible non-US Space related operations, posturing, and development
  • Support the Space Operations Director in developing multiple courses of action (COAs) considering both U.S. and non-US Space resources and capabilities
  • Provide support to the Space Operations Director for Navy and Joint forums, including :

    • Joint Space Warfighting Forum (JSWF) and associated sub-forums

  • Working groups led by CDR USSPACECOM and Director NRO
  • 06 Forum
  • 2-Star Prep Sessions
  • JSWF meetings
  • Space-related Commander Update Briefs
  • Navy Space Integrated Process Team (IPT) meetings
  • Space-related conferences

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • B.S. or B.A degree (4 years of additional experience may be substituted to meet this requirement)
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience performing management analysis, including at least 5 years of specialized experience in areas such as :

    • Business process reengineering

  • Configuration management
  • Quality control / assurance
  • Organizational performance assessments
  • Mission analysis
  • Strategic planning
  • Desired experience as a Cyberspace Operations Officer or Space Operations Officer
  • Active TS / SCI clearance with a current polygraph (Counterintelligence (CI) or Full Scope Polygraph (FSP)), successfully completed within the last 6 years
  • High school diploma or GED
  • All candidates must be located at Fort Meade, MD
