Essential Job Functions :

  • Consistently at work and on time with overtime required at peaks
  • Picking, packaging, and scanning of orders accurately
  • Utilization of computer, WMS systems and / or hand-held computers to receive / process daily tasks
  • Processing, shipping, and auditing of orders
  • Receive, unload, place, and audit inventory appropriately
  • Complete inspections as required, utilizing confirmation samples
  • Stocking and restocking bin locations
  • Performing multiple tasks within warehouse environment that could vary daily, weekly, or monthly as assigned by Team Leader or Manager
  • Ability to cross-train in other areas
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by sweeping, dusting and mopping to keep shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat and clean
  • Ability to push / pull / lift up to 45 pounds
  • Associates are required to stand, walk, climb stairs, bend at the waist, stoop, reach, grab, push / pull with hands / arms for 8 to 10 hours per day
  • Ability to work individually as required and stay focused to complete tasks
  • Strong Quality and Customer Focus ensuring that order deadlines and customer needs are met
  • All other duties as assigned

    • Knowledge / Skills and Abilities :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months warehouse experience preferred but not required
  • Working knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while being detail-oriented
  • Reliability and dependability are essential
  • Ability to read, comprehend and retain work-related information
  • Ability to work well with others and to contribute to the overall success of the team
  • Ability to effectively communicate and respond to questions from managers, teammates, etc.
